The soon to be Kirkpatricks!
Tonight, I surprised Justin with an "engagement dinner" complete with presents! I grilled fillet mignon and made my (famous) crab cakes! We had a delightful evening enjoying each other's company and being engaged!!! Below are pictures of the engagement gifts that I got Justin...

Lauren we look forward to meeting you. We are a fun big crowd but I can tell that you will fit right in and love the energy. I have already told Sally that I want to join you all in December as the GodMother! Expect a package from Gram in the mail soon. We are all just back from the Lawrence High parade which Justin's cousin Ben was in as a Homecoming court member and I was on a float for my 1973 class reunion and yes I showed up in my HS pep club officer uniform complete with short pleated skirt...it fits.
